Warmly Celebrate the Sailing of the 5th 59,000 DWT Container Ship "HONGTAI 829" (3009 TEU)!

On the morning of September 14, 2024, bathed in the first light of dawn and accompanied by the resounding blast of its whistle, the container ship "HONGTAI 829" (59,000 DWT, 3009 TEU) set sail smoothly, embarking on its maiden voyage.

The shipbuilding contract was signed on November 15, 2023. Its keel was laid on January 11, 2024, followed by launching on July 8, 2024, and departure for sea trials on September 4, 2024. Through the concerted efforts and unwavering dedication of Donghong Shipbuilding's employees, who meticulously crafted the vessel over 10 months (including the Spring Festival holiday), it was successfully delivered to the shipowner. This achievement marks another leap forward for Donghong Shipbuilding in its technical capabilities, process equipment, product quality, and production management within the shipbuilding industry.
