Warmly celebrate the successful launching of the 10,500 DWT refrigerated carrier "HONGRUN LENG 1"

This vessel is built under CCS class survey, constructed of steel with double bottom and single skin, single-deck, combined framing system, single-engine, single-screw, aft-engine configuration, featuring forecastle and poop. Navigation area: Unlimited service. Flat bulkheads are installed in cargo hold areas; double bottom and main deck in cargo hold areas, and main deck in engine room adopt longitudinal framing; transverse framing is applied to side shells, cargo platforms, fore/aft ends, and superstructures. Ice Class B strengthened.

Four refrigerated cargo holds are equipped, each separated by watertight bulkheads covered with foam plastic insulation to prevent heat transfer between adjacent compartments, meeting different temperature requirements for various cargo types. The refrigeration engine room houses refrigeration plants including compressor units, evaporators, pump sets, and associated piping systems. Each refrigeration unit typically consists of a compressor, drive motor, and condenser. The system maintains hold temperatures down to -35°C according to cargo requirements. When hold temperature reaches -35°C, the thermostat activates the solenoid valve to cut off refrigerant supply automatically.
