This vessel is designed as a coastal bulk carrier driven by two diesel engines with twin propellers and twin rudders. It primarily transports iron ore, coal, and other bulk cargoes, as well as non-flammable or low-fire-risk solid bulk cargoes like steel coils and general goods. No cargo loading permitted on deck or hatch covers.

Constructed of steel with a single deck and double-hull cargo holds, this stern-engine vessel features a vertical bow design. No forecastle or poop deck; a four-deck superstructure rises above the main deck. The cargo area comprises two holds. All accommodation spaces (including wheelhouse) and propulsion machinery are located aft.
