Four 8,600DWT Bulk Carriers Successfully Commence Steel-Cutting

On March 19, Zhejiang Donghong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. initiated steel-cutting for four 8,600DWT bulk carriers!

8600DWT bulk carrier, with hull length 119.8m, moulded breadth 26.8m, moulded depth 7.0m, designed draft 4.0m, gross tonnage 7,377, net tonnage 4,143, deadweight 8,600t, is designed for coastal navigation. This vessel’s design was completed by Ningbo Orient Ship Design Institute Co., Ltd. The drawings were approved and the construction was surveyed by the Zhejiang Branch of China Classification Society (CCS).
