"DONG FANG HAI GONG 07" is an all-steel non-propelled deck carrier featuring a spacious deck and twin cable carousels. Primarily designed for subsea cable transportation and deck cargo operations, it offers two transport modes: semi-submersible barge carriage and unrestricted towing service. As the world's first integrated deep-sea dynamic simulation test platform, it is equipped with two 36m-diameter cable carousels and over 10 sets of cable testing apparatus including series resonant withstand voltage testers, insulation resistance testers, bending stiffness test machines, and fatigue test machines.
