It operates in domestic coastal service areas and major Chinese ports. The ship features a steel hull, single deck, stern-engine configuration, single-screw, single-rudder propulsion driven by a diesel engine, with a bulb stern profile. A forecastle is installed forward, and a five-deck superstructure is arranged above the upper deck at the stern. The cargo hold area adopts a double-bottom structure with double-sides incorporating top-side tanks and bottom-side tanks. The top-side tanks, bottom-side tanks, and double-bottom compartments serve as ballast water tanks.
