This vessel is a single-engine, single-screw, stern-engine cargo ship with an all-steel welded structure, primarily transporting bulk cement and coal ash. Designed for navigation in Yangtze River Navigation Zone A, B and C.

Below the main deck (from bow to stern): forepeak tank, void space, cargo hold, engine room, fuel tank, and steering gear room. Aft deckhouse on the main deck serves as crew living quarters, featuring two crew cabins, one galley, one lavatory, and one lounge.

Wheelhouse is located forward. Three cylindrical steel tanks are longitudinally arranged in the cargo hold: two tanks of φ6.7×13.3m and one tank of φ6.7×15.5m (working pressure: 0.27MPa). One anchor windlass installed at the bow; one hydraulic steering gear at the stern.
