6,800DWT Dry General Cargo Ship Successfully Commences Construction with Ignition Ceremony

On the morning of January 6, the construction of the 6,800DWT dry general cargo ship, built by Zhejiang Donghong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., officially commenced with a successful ignition ceremony!

This 6,800DWT dry general cargo ship has an overall length of 99.80 meters, a molded breadth of 16.80 meters, and a molded depth of 8.30 meters. With a gross tonnage of 4,442 tons and a net tonnage of 2,487 tons, the vessel operates in coastal waters. The plans were designed by East China Ship Design & Research Institute of Wuhan University of Technology, reviewed and inspected by the Ningbo Office of Zhejiang Ship Inspection Bureau.
