On December 17th, the construction of the 180M offshore heavy transport vessel, built by Zhejiang Donghong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for a Hainan shipowner, was officially ignited and commenced!

Classified by CCS, the vessel has an overall length of 180.00m, a length between perpendiculars of 171.22m, a breadth of 43.50m, a depth of 11.00m, a design draft of 7.40m, a deadweight of ~30,423t, a speed of ~14.0kn, a gross tonnage of ~22,998, a net tonnage of ~6,899, and a main engine power of 5,220kW × 167r/min. It is designed for unlimited navigation areas. The drawings were designed by Shanghai Roj Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. and reviewed and inspected by CCS.
